Our passion for wine
Conte Wine and Maker was born out of love for Apulia, its history, its flavors, and its wines.
Our goal is to tell the story of this unique land through bottles that embody tradition, passion, and innovation.
Thanks to a young and dynamic team led by the expertise of winemaker Francesco Conte, each wine is the result of careful grape selection and work carried out with dedication and respect for nature.
We believe that wine is not just a drink, but an emotion, a memory, and a bond between those who make it and those who share it.
The company’s roots lie in the charming village of Cisternino, nestled in Northern Salento, in the Valle d’Itria, a hilly inland area influenced by two seas — the Adriatic and the Ionian.
We do not follow a “traditional” commercial philosophy. We don’t simply buy and sell wine: we produce and/or assemble it ourselves according to our own innovative projects and ideas.

The founder and creator, Winemaker Francesco Conte, has worked in the field for over twenty years, gaining expertise in the production of musts, wines, and sparkling wines across different Italian regions. His perseverance, coherence, knowledge, and passion gave life to Conte Wine and Maker, which, starting from Salento wines, opens to the world with a new concept of production, quality, innovation, and services.
