Our Lacci Line
Our “Lacci” line is a collection of wines bound by an invisible thread: the absence of forced refinements and manipulations. Coherent and thoughtful vineyard choices, together with precise oenological interventions, protect and preserve the identity of the grape variety, enhancing its distinctive character.
These wines resist standardization and uphold their own identity—pleasant and balanced, graceful without ever falling into banality, while offering remarkable versatility of enjoyment.
They are wines that live in the present with their own authenticity, following a philosophy that will remain relevant in the future, thus becoming the tradition of tomorrow.
Our Etesia Line
Etesia is a wind that blows from the West–Southwest, one of the many caressing our Salento homeland—famously: “Lu sule, lu mare, lu ientu” (the sun, the sea, the wind). These blessed winds sweep across the coastline and inland, keeping the grapes healthy while enhancing aroma and freshness, supporting optimal ripening.
Etesia also brings a breeze of innovation to our wines: Blanc de Noirs Negroamaro—the white wine made from red grapes—in both the Martinotti/Charmat and Traditional Method versions. A world of elegant, fine, creamy and persistent bubbles, with heady aromas and a fresh, savory, unforgettable palate.
