Susumaniello, a curious name that reflects the typical nature of this grape variety, which, like a “donkey”, loads its vine with fruit, especially during its first 15 years of life. Over time, yields decrease, but the grapes become richer in extractive quality. Once abandoned, the cultivar was later revived by courageous producers who, thanks to modern vineyard and cellar technologies, have enhanced its production and sensory potential. Lacci Susumaniello stands out for its freshness, elegance, and long aromatic persistence. Wine, like music, evokes emotions, memories, and atmospheres. For our Lacci Susumaniello, we chose the song ”Zitti e Buoni” by Måneskin.
